The Adventure Club of Ocala and the Adventure Club for Teens Membership Agreement

The Adventure Club of Ocala and the Adventure Club for Teens accept no responsibility or liability for you or any member of your family during the use of our web site or at any/all events we may have.

Some activities may be harmful to your health and may cause serious injury or even death.

Please check with your health care provider before signing up for certain events which may adversely affect your health.

The Adventure Club must obtain prior written consent and/or a signed waiver before you and/or any member of your family will be allowed to participate in certain events.

We will not tolerate any dangerous, crude, harassing or otherwise undesirable behavior from any members or guests.

All children must be accompanied by an adult for all events. We do not provide chaperones or babysitters for children, and we are not a substitute for parental supervision. We, the Adventure Club team, are present at events and activities as hosts ONLY.

The Adventure Club and its hosts and employees reserve the right to decline, revoke or suspend membership at any time.

The Adventure Club has the right to ask anyone to leave any event or activity at any time.

We do not offer refunds of any kind.
